Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Products that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Refund:

2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and the necessary instructions to return the product.
3. Pack the product securely, ensuring it is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.
4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the product.
• Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
